PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute proper braking while taking shift operation of an automatic transmission into consideration in a vehicle capable of performing regenerative braking and friction braking.SOLUTION: A regenerative control section 1002 controls regenerative braking torque Tm of a second MG 400 according to requested braking torque Brq of a vehicle 1. A shift control section 1001 executes shift control for varying a shift ratio, and during execution of the shift control, corrects the regenerative braking torque Tm to suppress fluctuations of transmission output braking torque Tp acting on a drive shaft 560. A brake control section 1003 controls friction braking torque Tbk of a friction brake 800. The brake control section 1003, during non-execution of the shift control, determines the friction braking torque Tbk based on the regenerative braking torque Tm, and during execution of the shift control, determines the friction braking torque Tbk based on the transmission output braking torque Tp.
