<p>The invention relates to a system known as SLTP or system for locating mobile phones in off mode. The system can be used to locate and track a mobile phone that is out of charge or in airplane mode (not connected to the network). The SLTP is a device that can transmit geolocation coordinates in the absence of GPS and/or GSM coverage.</p>
