<p>The present invention relates to a waist exercise equipment capable of moving forwards and backwards. In waist exercise equipment having a seat plate unit on which a user can sit to exercise, the seat plate unit includes: a supporting frame which has a hole formed on its upper surface, and includes a joint member provided on one end of the upper surface; a seat supporting unit positioned on the supporting frame, and includes a joint member provided on the lower surface to act with the joint member of the supporting frame, and has a guide space formed on the center; a rolling unit coupled between the supporting frame and the seat supporting unit by a coupling member such that the seat supporting unit can slide forward and backward; and elastic members connected to the joint members of the seat supporting unit and the supporting frame, and return the seat supporting unit if the seat supporting unit moves forward. As described above, since the rolling unit to limit the tilting operation of a seat is coupled between the seat supporting unit and the supporting frame, and the rolling unit and the seat supporting unit interacts with each other to enable the seat supporting unit to slide forward and backward; a user can relieve muscle tension by sliding the seat supporting unit forward and backward and the tilt of the seat is prevented from suddenly increasing while the user is doing waist exercise multidirectionally. Therefore, the present invention enables the user to safely do more waist exercise without straining the waist, thereby being very beneficial to the health of the waist.</p> |
