The present invention relates to a grinding device capable of more easily and quickly grinding a surface of a circular object. According to the present invention, the grinding device comprises: an inner grinding unit; and an outer grinding unit. The inner grinding unit includes: an upper placing part which has a diameter corresponding to an inner diameter of an object and is placed inside the object; at least two sandpaper mounting parts arranged on the upper placing part in a radial direction and are concave toward the inside of the upper placing part from an outer circumferential surface of the upper placing part; and a coupling part which protrudes from a lower side of the upper placing part downwards and connected to the motor. The outer grinding unit includes: an inner grinding space part which has an open upper part to receive an object; a sand paper mounting part which is concave downward from an edge of the grinding space part; a rotor which has a lower coupling part to be coupled to the motor; and a seating table arranged on the grinding space part of the rotor to support the object, and is not rotated in the grinding space part when being in contact with the object.
