A multi-service pedestal (1) in particular for ports and marinas, being provided with a support structure (10) and adapted to provide a variety of utilities, such as electricity, tap water, telephone and television connections, to a cruiser moored at a pier or quay, further has a central conditioning apparatus (6) which is located in the multi-service pedestal (1) and is adapted to be connected to a terminal unit (18) onboard the moored cruiser for conditioning the air within it through the heat exchange with a conditioning liquid.
