PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate composition having a small increment of HDI monomer after storage, having excellent stability inside a closed vessel and in a moisture-contact condition, and having excellent curable properties.SOLUTION: A polyisocyanate composition is obtained using at least 1,6-diisocyanatohexanoic acid. The polyisocyanate composition comprises an isocyanurate structure and an iminooxadiazine dione structure, and has a phosphorus concentration of 0.01-100 ppm. |
