PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the flow line and the degree of interest of a moving object such as a customer being observed from an image captured by a camera, thereby enabling a subsequent action of the customer to be predicted.SOLUTION: A moving object detection unit 11 detects a moving object appearing in a camera image. A moving object identifier assignment unit 12 assigns an identifier to the moving object. A moving object tracking unit 13 tracks the moving object to obtain the position thereof as a flow line. A degree-of-interest data estimation unit 16 estimates degree-of-interest data showing a degree of interest in a product from action of the moving object. An in-store action profile storage unit 15 stores the flow line data and degree-of-interest data for the moving object. A flow line data similarity calculation unit 18, a moving object's flow line prediction unit 19, a degree-of-interest data similarity calculation unit 20, a moving object's degree-of-interest prediction unit 21 and a moving object's action prediction unit 22 predict the subsequent actions of the customer being observed at the flow-line level and degree-of-interest level from the in-store action profile stored in the in-store action profile storage unit 15. |
