PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control unit, capable of maintaining a satisfactory connection state by an appropriate and secure connection between a connector connection terminal and an electronic circuit board, and a low-cost and easy-to-assemble rear wheel steering device having the electronic control unit.SOLUTION: The electronic control unit includes: an electronic circuit board 40 having a plurality of mounted elements and a plurality of through holes H; a metallic support board 60 for supporting the board 40 with a predetermined gap; and a connector 71 of a synthetic resin, having a connection part mechanically connected to the support board 40 and a plurality of connection terminals penetrating through the through holes. In a state of each tip part of the connection terminals T penetrating through the through holes to extend from the top face of the electronic circuit board, the connector is connected to the support board, and molten solder is filled in from the top face of the electronic circuit board through the through holes to the bottom face of the electronic circuit board, so that the connection terminals are soldered to the electronic circuit board. |
