PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide treatment of uterine neoplasms, particularly cancer of the endometrium and of the neck of the womb.SOLUTION: The use of 7-ter-butoxyiminomethylcamptothecin is described in the preparation of a medicament useful for the treatment of uterine neoplasms, particularly cancer of the endometrium and of the neck of the womb.
