<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head and an ink jet recorder that can discharge ink more efficiently.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head has a block member 15 formed surrounding at least a part of an effective foaming area 16, participating in heat generation, of a heat generating element 12 and protruding in a direction in which a liquid is discharged from the heat generating element 12. The block member 15 is arranged where the distance of an inside end from an outside end of the effective foaming area 16 is +2μm or less in an outward direction.</p> |
