<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector capable of improving a high frequency property and relatively positioning and assembling a shield case, an insulation housing and a cylindrical shell in simple configuration.SOLUTION: An engaging recess which is recessed from an outer peripheral surface of an insulator is radially opened on an outer peripheral surface of an insulation housing 5 via a communication hole of a cylindrical shell and a communicating recess of the insulation housing. A cut-and-raised piece 7 is cut and raised from a portion covering a communication recess 54 in a shield case 6. A distal end of the cut-and-raised piece 7 is engaged into the engaging recess while being inserted through the communicating recess 54 and a communication hole 44. The shield case and the cylindrical shell are brought into contact and the insulator, the cylindrical shell and the insulation housing 5 are relatively positioned in a longitudinal direction in the shield case 6 fixed to a printed wiring board.</p> |
