<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone accessory and article holder capable of performing a hands-free talk and improving a wearing style.SOLUTION: A mobile phone accessory and article holder 1 is worn on the right or left chest, a wearing pin fitting 4 is fixed to a wearing pin fitting fixture 5 so as to perform a hands-free talk, call arrival tones can be recognized even under noise of crowd, and a user can answer the call. Since the hands-free talk can be performed during the call and both hands can be made free, trouble of talking while taking the phone is eliminated and while talking, desk work or any other business can be done.
