PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp device capable of restraining a noise from being superimposed on an external power source, and a lighting fixture.SOLUTION: A lamp device 1 includes: an emitter 2 that has a semiconductor light-emitting element 7; a lighting fixture 3 that has a pair of power source input terminals provided on one surface of a circuit board 13 and that has a switching element Q1 provided in an area on the other side of the pair of power source input terminals with respect to a center line of the circuit board 13 parallel to a virtual line connecting the pair of power source input terminals; and a housing 4 in which a feeding part 32 electrically connected to the pair of power source input terminals is arranged and in which the lighting fixture 3 is arranged.
