PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of forming a space of high availability, and capable of also enhancing a degree of freedom of design of an outer wall.SOLUTION: The building having a plurality of stories is formed with a core part 1 by surrounding an elevator shaft 3 arranged so that a plurality of elevators 2 become a rowed state in a plan view, an elevator hall 4 of the respective floors positioned on the front side of the elevator shaft 3 and a stairs room 5 adjacent to the back face side of the elevator shaft 4, by an earthquake resisting wall, and is provided with a steel frame column 6 dispersively arranged in an outer peripheral part of the building, besides the core part 1 as an element for sharing a load in the vertical direction. |
