<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of introducing a gene and/or its expression control base sequence with high efficiency even if base sequences of DNAs of them have huge sizes, and capable of reconstituting a genotype by removing the introduced gene and/or expression control base sequence when the introduced gene becomes unnecessary.SOLUTION: There are provided: (a) a nucleic acid comprising a specific base sequence or a partial sequence thereof; (b) a nucleic acid that hybridizes with a nucleic acid comprising a base sequence complementary to the specific base sequence under a stringent condition, and includes a base sequence which codes a protein having Albatross transposon transfer activity; (c) a nucleic acid comprising a base sequence which includes a base sequence coding a protein having Albatross transposon activity, and which has an identity of 80% or more to the specific base sequence; a novel transposon transferase including any one of the nucleic acids; a gene transfer reagent using the novel transposon transferase; and a gene transfer kit.</p> |
