<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press heat treatment apparatus which induction-heats a circular-ring-like workpiece having concave and convex parts.SOLUTION: A press heat treatment apparatus 40 includes holding means 40A of holding a circular-ring-like ring part 71 from above and below, pressing means 40B of pressing the ring part 71 by applying a pressure to the holding means 40A, an induction heating coil 81 arranged so as to face the inner periphery of the ring part 70 and rotation drive means 40C of rotation-driving the holding means 40A. The holding means 40A is composed of a lower holding part 48 having a step-like dent 48a on the upper-surface inner side and an upper holding part 50 opposite to the lower holding part 48. The ring part 71 is mounted on the dent 48a and held between the upper holding part 50 and the lower holding part 48. The concave and convex parts of the workpiece 70 are induction-heated while pressing the ring part 71 by the pressing means 40B through one or both of the upper holding part 50 and the lower holding part 48.</p> |
