PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an underground structure, which is suitable for construction under such a condition that restrictions are put on a concrete placing time zone and a working overhead clearance.SOLUTION: A construction method for an underground structure includes: a skeleton construction step of forming a concrete skelton A; an excavation step of digging down downside ground of the concrete skeleton A to a leveling work surface T2; and a steel plate deck construction step of juxtaposing a plurality of steel segments 20, 30 and 40 on the leveling work surface T2 and forming a deck slab part B1 by joining the adjacent steel segments 20, 30 and 40.
