摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device including a capacitor whose charge capacity can be increased while having a high aperture ratio, provide a display device including a capacitor whose charge capacity can be increased while having a high transmittance of a pixel portion, and provide a display device which consumes low power.SOLUTION: The display device includes a transistor including a first oxide semiconductor film in a channel formation region, a second oxide semiconductor film formed on the same surface as the first oxide semiconductor film, a pixel electrode electrically connected to the transistor, and a light-transmitting capacitor in which a dielectric film is provided between a pair of electrodes. One of the pair of electrodes is the second oxide semiconductor film, and the other is the pixel electrode. The second oxide semiconductor film has a smaller thickness than the first oxide semiconductor film.</p>
