PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dibutyl phosphate decomposition device capable of efficiently decomposing dibutyl phosphate (DBP), and to provide a glass solidification device of radioactive effluent.SOLUTION: The dibutyl phosphate decomposition device includes: a storage tank 12 for storing radioactive alkaline effluent 11 containing tributyl phosphate (TBP), dibutyl phosphate (DBP), and radioactive material; a decomposing unit 13 that heats effluent 11 extracted from the storage tank 12 and hydrolyzes the dibutyl phosphate (DBP); and a treated liquid tank 15 for storing radioactive effluent treated liquid 14 decomposed by the decomposing unit 13.
