PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a blood pressure without making a subject be aware.SOLUTION: A blood pressure estimation device (10) includes: a heart rate signal extraction section (11) to extract heart rate signals respectively from sensor signals obtained after microwaves are reflected from a trunk part of an organism, and sensor signals obtained after the microwaves are reflected from a peripheral part; a parameter calculation section (12) that analyzes the heart rate signals to calculate a predetermined parameter having a correlation with a blood pressure value; and a blood pressure estimation value operation section (13) to calculate a blood pressure estimation value from the parameter by a predetermined operation on the basis of the correlation.
