Disclosed is a method for mounting a visor. In a first step, a main visor member (A) comprising a cavity for a mirror unit (B, C, W) is provided. In a second step (Z), the mirror unit is inserted in the cavity. In a third step, a sliding element (B) of the mirror unit is moved at least once from an initial mounting position into an operational position. A sliding movement-limiting means (I, I') for limiting the maximum sliding movement of the sliding element is activated and in particular locked once by moving the sliding element from the mounting position into the operational zone. |
