<p>The present invention relates to a clamping module of a clamping device that has a base portion, a clamping element located displaceable with respect to the base portion to transmit a clamping force to a portion to be clamped, and a driving unit colliding against the clamping element to be displaceable. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit is driven to rotate by means of a motor and has a threaded spindle engaged with an axial extension bore having an internal thread in the clamping element, wherein an external thread of the threaded spindle is cooperatively operated directly or indirectly with the internal thread of the bore in such a manner where the rotational driving of the threaded spindle produces the clamping force and/or displaces the clamping element. According to another embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit has a threaded sleeve engaged with a threaded rod of the clamping element and driven to rotate by a motor, wherein an external thread of the threaded rod is cooperatively operated directly or indirectly with the internal thread of the threaded sleeve in such a manner where the rotational driving of the threaded sleeve produces the clamping force and/or displaces the clamping element.</p> |
