<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-up device which can discharge a take-up roll easily and certainly without damaging even in a case that the take-up roll has heavy weight and narrow width.SOLUTION: A discharging device 4 comprises two receiving tools 15 which are arranged vertically on a carriage 14, can go up and down respectively and can take a take-up roll receiving posture and a take-up roll discharging posture. The receiving tool 15 is constituted by a tiltable frame 26 which is tiltable with an axis line parallel with the center axis line of the take-up roll R as the center, a guide support arm 27 which is fitted to the upper side of the tiltable frame 26, and a movable pedestal 28 which loads the take-up roll R fitted to the upper side of the guide support arm 27 as movable along this. The tip of the guide support arm 27 protrudes from the tiltable frame 26 to a roll core support device 2, the guide support arm 27 faces to the horizontal direction when the receiving tool 15 takes the take-up roll receiving posture, and the guide support arm 27 tilts to such a direction that the tip goes up when the receiving tool 15 takes the take-up roll discharging posture.</p> |
