<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate a time slot pair for use for a TCH to a communication device by an upper-level device, in consideration of a time slot pair used by another upper-level device as a CCH.SOLUTION: A communication system 10 adopting a TDMA/TDD method includes an upper-level device 30 and a communication device 20 for relaying data transmitted and received between the upper-level device 30 and a communication terminal 40. The communication device 20 generates and transmits communication control information used by the upper-level device 30 for communication control with the self-communication device 20. At the transmission, the communication device 20 generates a time slot included in a communication frame in which a control signal is transmitted from a peripheral upper-level device 30 and communication control information based on information related to the radio field intensity of the control signal, so as to transmit the communication control information to an upper-level device 30 having the strongest radio field intensity.</p> |
