When the second bracket (200) pivotally swings relative to the first bracket (100), the second bracket (200) pulls the cable (500) so that the length of the cable (500) abutted against the convex portion (300) is changed, and the linear elastic element (400) is expanded or contracted by means of the cable (500). |
