PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase responsiveness of feedback control without changing a control parameter, when a control amount is intentionally changed.SOLUTION: A control device includes a set value acquisition part 5 which acquires a set value SP from a feed back control system calculating an operation amount MV on the basis of a set value SP and a control amount PV and outputting the operation amount MV to an actuator, and an actuator control part 6 which changes a gain of the actuator 8 so that, when the set value SP is changed, variation of the control amount PV caused by variation of the gain of the actuator 8 follows the change of the set value SP. |
