PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer capable of reducing the number of components and kinds of the components and also reducing man-hours of assembly in manufacturing a battery pack device.SOLUTION: A spacer 2 is formed in a square rod shape and comprises an upper groove part which is provided on a top face of the spacer, and a lower groove part which is provided on a bottom face of the spacer. The upper groove part includes: a first upper groove 44 which is formed so as to fit a first lower edge 40 of a first frame 10 of a battery module 6 positioned at an upper side; and a second upper groove 46 which is formed so as to fit a second lower edge 42 of a second frame 12 of the battery module 6 positioned at the upper side. The lower groove part includes: a first lower groove 48 which is formed so as to fit a first upper edge 36 of a first frame 10 of a battery module 6 positioned at a lower side; and a second lower groove 50 which is formed so as to fit a second upper edge 38 of a second frame 12 of the battery module 6 positioned at the lower side. |
