PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferably construct a floor structure having an excellent sound insulation performance.SOLUTION: A building unit 20 comprises a column 21, floor large beams 23 and floor small beams 26. The floor small beam 26 bridges a pair of floor large beams 23. A plurality of floor small beams 26 are aligned along the longitudinal direction of the floor large beams 23. A floor surface material 29 is arranged on the floor small beams 26 in a state where the floor surface material 29 bridges the plurality of floor small beams 26. Sound insulation members 51 are installed in a lower surface of the floor surface material 29 and insulate sound generated by small impact on a floor transmitted to the floor surface material 29. The sound insulation members 51 are a wood member and extending along the lower surface of the floor surface material 29. The sound insulation members 51 are arranged between adjacent floor small beams 26. In such case, the sound insulation members 51 are arranged in a lateral manner to the floor small beams 26 and apart from the floor small beams 26 in a lateral direction. |
