PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information creation device and an information creation system capable of easily and promptly creating image information to be formed on the front surface of a recording medium and data to be stored in a storage device on the basis of personal information of a user, and recording the image information on the recording medium.SOLUTION: A CPU of an IC label printer 2 receives SNS specification information and a user ID from a smartphone 3 through wireless communication of NFC (S19). The CPU transmits a request to an SNS server 4 or 5 on the basis of the SNS specification information (S33), and acquires the personal information of a user in the SNS in response thereto (S43). The CPU creates a label design on the basis of the personal information (S47), and creates a URL of a Web page unique to the user in the SNS on the basis of the user ID (S49). The CPU stores the URL in an IC chip of an IC label (S53), and allows for printing of the label design on the front surface of the IC label (S55). |
