<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in a food by preventing the progression of the oxidization and corrosion not only on the surface of a food but also to the inside thereof upon freezing and thawing of the food or the like.SOLUTION: The food treatment method of performing the freezing and thawing of a food comprises: a freezing step of freezing a food in an atmosphere where negative ions are supersonic-vibrated; and a thawing step of thawing the frozen food while applying negative voltage in an atmosphere including negative ions. Alternatively, the method comprises: a preservation step of preserving the thawed food while applying negative pressure in an atmosphere including negative ions; and a transportation step of transporting the frozen food in an atmosphere including negative ions.</p> |
