[Solution] A fluorescence-immunoassay sensor chip used in a fluorescence immunoassay for detecting and measuring markers in a sample solution, wherein a dielectric member, a metallic thin film formed on a portion of the main surface of the dielectric member, a first sensor part formed on a prescribed position on the metallic thin film, and a second sensor part formed directly on a prescribed position on the dielectric member are provided and a ligand fixed to the first sensor part and a ligand fixed to the second sensor part capture different types of markers.
