[Problem] To provide a fluorescence-immunoassay sensor chip and a fluorescence-immunoassay method capable of simultaneously measuring a marker that has a low concentration in a sample solution and requires high sensitivity and a marker that has a high concentration in the sample solution and does not require high sensitivity. [Solution] A fluorescence-immunoassay sensor chip used in a fluorescence immunoassay for detecting and measuring markers in a sample solution, wherein a dielectric member, a metallic thin film formed on a portion of the main surface of the dielectric member, a first sensor part formed on a prescribed position on the metallic thin film, and a second sensor part formed directly on a prescribed position on the dielectric member are provided and a ligand fixed to the first sensor part and a ligand fixed to the second sensor part capture different types of markers. |
