This vibration isolation structure suppresses vibration transmitted from a vibrating body (200) to a shield (100), and is provided with: a vibrating body contact unit (2) which contacts the vibrating body (200) and which has an insertion hole (21) into which a fastener (300) is inserted to fix the shield (100) to the vibrating body (200); a peripheral portion (4) which is located on the periphery of said vibration isolation structure; a slit (S) which is arranged between the vibrating body contact unit (2) and the peripheral portion (4) and which is formed so as to surround the vibrating body contact unit (2) one or more times; and a bridge unit (3) bridging between the vibrating body contact unit (2) and the peripheral portion (4).
