The present invention relates to a generator of vitamin in mushrooms using sunlight and an ultraviolet lamp and, more specifically, to a generator of vitamin in mushrooms using sunlight and an ultraviolet lamp, the generator being configured to generate vitamin D2 on the surface of a mushroom using ultraviolet-B of an ultraviolet lamp and sunlight. To this end, the present invention provides an ultraviolet irradiation apparatus in which an ultraviolet-B lamp is installed for irradiating mushrooms with ultraviolet rays so as to increase the content of vitamin D2 in the mushrooms, the ultraviolet irradiation apparatus comprising: a mushroom placement plate for placing mushrooms on the upper surface thereof, the mushroom placement plate being installed at a predetermined height from the ground surface; an ultraviolet lamp fixing stand which is installed to be apart from the upper part of the mushroom placement plate such that the ultraviolet lamp fixing stand is foldable by a folding means in a certain direction, wherein an ultraviolet lamp is installed on the lower surface of the ultraviolet lamp fixing stand; and a dome-shaped cover body in which the mushroom placement plate and the ultraviolet lamp fixing stand are accommodated, and which has a cover installed in the upper part thereof, the cover being opened/closed by an opening/closing member so that the mushrooms placed on the mushroom placement plate can be irradiated with sunlight. |
