PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide single-chain fusion proteins comprising at least three TNF cytokine domains which allow efficient recombinant manufacturing combined with good stability concerning aggregation.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to single-chain fusion proteins comprising three soluble TNF superfamily (TNFSF) cytokine domains and to nucleic acid molecules encoding these fusion proteins. The fusion proteins are substantially non-aggregating and suitable for therapeutic, diagnostic and/or research applications. The present invention further relates to nucleic acid molecules encoding fusion proteins described herein, and to cells or non-human organisms transformed or transfected with the nucleic acid molecules described herein.
