PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform appearance inspection of a work-piece.SOLUTION: A first ring light 34 is moved to a position covering a curved surface W1 of a work-piece W, an image of a top surface of the work-piece W including the curved surface W1 is picked up with a first camera 36 in the state of emitting infrared light from the first ring light 34, and the top surface of the work-piece W is inspected on the basis of the picked up image. In this manner, by emitting infrared light instead of visible light, a shadow can be cast also on a fine depression such as a weld line generated in the curved surface W and be captured as an image so as to be inspected. Accordingly, appearance inspection of the work-piece W can be accurately performed. |
