PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery jig capable of accurately recognizing the position to be formed of recesses on the surface of patient's surgery target bone by direct use thereof in the surgery, and to provide a confirmation jig capable of precisely confirming whether or not the recesses formed on the surface of the patient's surgery target bone have a predetermined form by direct use thereof in the surgery.SOLUTION: A surgery jig 24 has an inner surface matched with a surface shape of patient's surgery target bone 14, and has perforated openings 30 and 32 formed correspondingly to the part to be formed of recesses. The confirmation jig has protrusions protruding from an inner surface correspondingly to the recesses to be formed.
