PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for seamless belts which is excellent in conductivity and mechanical properties.SOLUTION: A resin composition for seamless belts comprises 100 pts. wt. of a polyimide resin and/or a polyamide-imide resin having a weight average molecular weight of 35,000-80,000 and 0.1-10 pts. wt. of carbon nano-fiber of an average fiber diameter of 10-45 nm and has a volume resistivity of 1×10to 1×10&OHgr; cm.
