<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current source circuit capable of exhibiting sufficient performance without depending on temperature characteristics of a plurality of components.SOLUTION: A current source circuit comprises: a first current mirror circuit including a first and second MOSFET; a second current mirror circuit including a third and fourth MOSFET; and a pulse generation circuit that includes a series circuit of a fifth and sixth MOSFET and in which a rectangular signal from an oscillation circuit is applied to a gate terminal of the fifth and sixth MOSFET, the first MOSFET and the third MOSFET and a constant current circuit are connected together in series between a power supply and the ground, and the fourth MOSFET and the series circuit of the fifth and sixth MOSFET are connected together in series between the power supply and the ground, and the second MOSFET and a seventh MOSFET are connected together in series to apply a signal from the pulse generation circuit to a gate terminal of the seventh MOSFET.</p> |
