<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shopping cart cleaning device which is compact and excellent in cleaning performance.SOLUTION: The shopping cart cleaning device comprises: a cart cleaning part 12 for injecting cleaning water to a cart C; and a cart drying part 13 for blasting drying wind, in a cleaning chamber 3 in which the cart C is housed. The cleaning part 12 comprises: a travel bogie 21 which travels by reciprocating travel in a longitudinal direction of the carts C housed in the cleaning chamber 3; a sprinkling pipe 22 which is suspended from the travel bogie 21 and injects the cleaning water to the cart C; and a travel device 26 for making the travel bogie 21 travel. The drying part 13 comprises: a left and right pair of travel bogies 31 for moving in the longitudinal direction of the carts C housed in the cleaning chamber 3; blast nozzles 32 for blasting drying wind to the cart C and are disposed on the travel bogies 31; and a travel device 36 for making the travel bogies 31 travel. A control part 53 drives the cleaning part 12 and the drying part 13 continuously along a cleaning sequence with respect to the cart C housed in the cleaning chamber 3 for cleaning and drying the cart C.</p> |
