A backlight module, comprising a back plate (205), a locating assembly and a backlight assembly, wherein the locating assembly is used for fixing the backlight assembly on the back plate (205), and the locating assembly comprises a locating piece (204) at a corner of the back plate (205) and a folding part (206) arranged on the back plate (205); and the positioning piece (204) is adhered onto the back plate (205). The backlight module uses the folding part (206) to locate a light guide plate (202) and an optical film (201), which is convenient for assembly and disassembly, and at the same time can effectively protect other parts at a side of the light guide plate (202), for example, LEDs, from being crushed by the inflation of the light guide plate.
