<p>An energy management device of the present invention comprises: a link unit for transferring kinetic energy to a target; a first input unit for providing first kinetic energy, applied at a first point in time, to the link unit; and a second input unit for providing second kinetic energy, applied at a second point in time after the first point in time, to the link unit. Accordingly, the energy management device of the present invention is capable of producing recycled energy with a small number of generators.</p> |
