<p>A padlock assembly (10) includes two padlock halves (12) fastened with at least one fastener (13), and a cylinder lock (22) assembled with the padlock halves (12). A shackle (38) has legs that are receivable in the padlock halves (12) and lockable with the cylinder lock (22). The padlock halves (12) are interlocked with the shackle (38) such that even if the at least one fastener (13) is removed, if the shackle (38) is in a locked position with the cylinder lock (22), the two padlock halves (12) cannot be separated from each other.</p> |
