Provided is a system for determining a position of a tire which can reduce trouble in registration of a tire ID. An ID provisional registration unit (23) provisionally registers all of tire IDs which can be received to a TPMS receiver (12) before an automatic location. A registration execution unit (25) actually registers only the IDs of the provisionally registered tires. Tire pressure detectors (4a to 4d) send radio waves (Sid) of peak IDs at peak positions in the first timing of automatic location. The registration execution unit (25) calculates a detector angle of each tire ID at a first decision timing from the number of revolution of an axle when receiving the ID radio wave (Sid) of each peak ID. The registration execution unit (25) calculates a detector angle of each tire ID at a second decision time after the elapse of time through the same process, and calculates a detector rotation angle from the detector angle during the second timing. The registration execution unit (25) compares the detector rotation angle and an axle rotation angle during the second time to decide the position of each tire. |
