<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device for automatic clutch control using AT, AMT or DCT system, configured to allow a driver to adjust drive power by manually operating a clutch, thereby improving drivability. <P>SOLUTION: The DCT transmission device 160 having a first clutch 74 and a second clutch 75 decides an operation command value for adjusting clutch torque capacity of the clutches 74, 75 on the basis of an operation amount of a clutch lever 200, and outputs it to clutch actuators 77, 78 to operate the clutch torque capacity.
