<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic content display device, a server device and the like which allow a user to read an electronic content and comments added to the electronic content without spoiling his/her fun. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic content display device receives a comment already input, a display location of the input comment, and a comment display condition. The device has an input means for inputting a comment in an electronic comment, and transmits the comment, the input location of the comment, the comment display condition and attribute information of the person who input the comment.
