<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring sheet for a back contact type solar cell which consists of a laminate of an insulating substrate and a conductor, and on which a wiring pattern is formed subsequently by photoetching, and which can be used for producing a highly reliable back contact type solar cell module that is not attacked by the etching solution with excellent productivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the wiring sheet for a solar cell which feeds a current generated on the surface of a back contact type solar cell to an electrode on the rear surface, a laminate of an insulating substrate and a conductor is laminated with an ionomer resin interposed therebetween, and a wiring pattern is formed on the conductor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
