The present invention relates to a one-time password (OTP) generation device including a key-lock module. The OTP generator includes: an operating program; a memory chip storing an OTP algorithm; an OTP generator which generates an OTP using the operating program and the OTP algorithm stored in the memory chip; a display unit displaying the OTP generated by the OTP generator; a power supply unit which supplies power to the memory chip, OTP generator, and display unit; an antenna communicating with a user′s smart terminal; and an RF chip which is connected to the antenna and stores the key-lock module.
