摘要 The present invention relates to a methionyl tRNA synthase (MRS) mutants for mimetic photoactive methionine labeled protein biosynthesis and, specifically, to MRS mutants having alanine of the 12th location substituted by glycine from the N-terminal of an amino acid sequence of wild MRS, leucine on the 13th location substituted by serine, tyrosine on the 260th location substituted by phenyl alanine, isoleucine located on the 297th location substituted by valine, and histidine on the 301th location substituted by leucine, which is identified to effectively biosynthesize pM labelled target protein, thus the MRS mutants can be used in biosynthesis of pM labeled target protein.
