<p>The present invention relates to a portable automatic welding device equipped with an automatic weld line tracking system using a laser vision sensor and, more specifically, to a portable automatic welding device capable of resisting optical interference caused by heat and arc generated when welding is performed and tracking a weld line in real time by setting a delay time to make a torch approach the sensed point when the steel pipe is welded. According to the present invention, the portable automatic welding device can improve productivity and welding quality by welding a steel pipe while automatically traveling. A laser vision sensor of the automatic welding device moving along an outer circumferential surface of the steel pipe maintains the separation between a joint part and a sensing part at a predetermined distance to minimize optical interference. The separation between the joint part and the sensing part is controlled by computing the delay time to precisely track a welding line. Also, the automatic welding device is easily mounted on and separated from a guide rail provided on a circumferential edge of a steel pipe, thereby improving work efficiency.</p> |
