<p>The present invention relates to a system for providing a virtual fence service, and an apparatus and a method for providing a virtual fence service in the system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for providing a virtual fence service includes a virtual fence supporting device and a terminal. The virtual fence supporting device stores setting information for at least one virtual fence for providing a virtual fence service and, when location information is received from the terminal, checks a virtual fence which the terminal approaches using the received location information, and provides the terminal with a preset service information in response to the checked virtual fence. The terminal detects location information as a virtual fence service application runs, transmits the detected location information to the virtual fence supporting device, and outputs service information provided from the virtual fence supporting device. This provides convenience in a user′s information recognition and provides convenience of customer by providing marketing information, thereby maximizing user convenience.</p> |
